Thanks to the numerous awards bestowed by leading trade journals, the hotel’s restaurant has already acquired an international reputation. Our menu, which includes both unusual specialities from the Franconia region and Mediterranean dishes, has local and international guests in raptures.

Our well-assorted wine cellar holds the right drop to go with any meal.

Our kitchen is open daily from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
